1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

  • Returns and exchanges are accepted within 2 days of purchase.

  • Items must be:

    • Unused and unworn

    • In their original packaging (including tags, boxes, or protective covers)

    • Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase

  • Any item that does not meet these conditions will not be eligible for return.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain products cannot be returned or exchanged. These include but are not limited to:

  • Personal care items

  • Hygiene-related products (e.g., travel pillows with fabric contact, toiletry bottles once opened)

  • Clearance or final-sale items (if marked as such during purchase)

We strongly advise customers to review product details before completing their purchase.

3. Refunds

  • Once your return is received, our team will inspect the item to ensure it meets our return requirements.

  • If approved, refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days.

  • Refunds are issued using the original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, processing times may vary.

  • If a refund is rejected (due to item condition not meeting requirements), the item will be sent back to you.

4. Exchanges

  • If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please contact us within the 2-day return period.

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested item is not in stock, you may choose to receive a refund instead.

5. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was:

    • Defective

    • Damaged in transit

    • Incorrect (wrong item sent)

  • In these cases, Flylinks Travel Accessories will cover the shipping cost and ensure a replacement or full refund is provided.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your return to avoid delays or lost parcels.

  • Flylinks Travel Accessories is not responsible for returns lost in transit without proof of delivery.
