Returns and exchanges are accepted within 2 days of purchase.

Items must be:

Unused and unworn

In their original packaging (including tags, boxes, or protective covers)

Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase

Any item that does not meet these conditions will not be eligible for return.

2. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain products cannot be returned or exchanged. These include but are not limited to:

Personal care items

Hygiene-related products (e.g., travel pillows with fabric contact, toiletry bottles once opened)

Clearance or final-sale items (if marked as such during purchase)

We strongly advise customers to review product details before completing their purchase.

3. Refunds/Replacements
Once your return is received, our team will inspect the item to ensure it meets our return requirements.

If approved, refunds or replacements will be processed within 7–14 business days.

Refunds are issued using the original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, processing times may vary.

If a refund is rejected (due to item condition not meeting requirements), the item will be sent back to you.

4. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please contact us within the 30-day return period.

Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested item is not in stock, you may choose to receive a refund instead.

5. Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was:

  • Damaged in transit
  • Incorrect (wrong item sent)

In these cases, Flylinks Travel Accessories will cover the shipping cost and ensure a replacement or full refund is provided.

Flylinks Travel Accessories is not responsible for returns lost in transit without proof of delivery.
